B. Law Related Education and Citizenship

Law-related education and Citizenship can be fun and pragmatic for your students (Grades
4-8). Learn useful techniques from activities, handouts, and group work to enhance
students' citizenship proficiency. Many activities can easily be integrated into

Up to date communications is more than e-mail. Many evolving tools are available to
our active lives and communications needs. Tools discussed are based on computer
usage. Most will involve opportunities on the internet and the changing structure of
telecommunications. "On the 'net" or not, the workshop will be of interest
to everyone. Optional extendeed session 3:30-4:30.
