Panel Discussion:  Campus and Area Chapters
Panel members will discuss ideas for membership growth and retention, mentoring, fundraising, and projects.  Conferees are encouraged to share "what works" for their chapter.  Bring ideas and handouts.  Share your chapter's sucesses and concerns.

A.  Anti-Collegial Learning or Don't Get Your Financial Advice in the Teachers Lounge.

This light hearted overview will help you plan for your "golden years."   Explore basic investment products including Roth and Education IRA's.  Learn how to diversify yur financial portfolio using the Asset Allocation Method.

B.  Law Related Education and Citizenship
Joan Smith (Central Ohio)
Law-related education and Citizenship can be fun and pragmatic for your students (Grades 4-8).  Learn useful techniques from activities, handouts, and group work to enhance students' citizenship proficiency.  Many activities can easily be integrated into your curriculum.  Come and Enjoy.

C.  Technology - Sailing the Stream

Up to date communications is more than e-mail.  Many evolving tools are available to our active lives and communications needs.  Tools discussed are based on computer usage.  Most will involve opportunities on the internet and the changing structure of telecommunications.  "On the 'net" or not, the workshop will be of interest to everyone.  Optional extendeed session 3:30-4:30.
