Congratulations ...              

We congratulate Terri Boutin, a member of the Gamma Delta chapter at Indiana University Southeast, for being named the 2002 Indiana State Teacher of the Year.

Terri Boutin (left) is pictured with Gamma Delta's Chapter President, Charlene Handzel (right).  Charlene was named runner-up for the 2003 Indiana Teacher of the Year and is the 2003 Thelma Jean Brown Outstanding Classroom Teacher Award recipient.
