Summary / Recommendations:

• In Article IV, Section II, second line, page 2 ... Strike the three words "summer of the" relating to the time of the Regional Professional Conference.  This is to gain consistency between this article and Article VII, Conference Committee.   This also will permit more flexibility for when the Professional Conference can be held.
